We would like to present ‘Westside Detached Stat Package’ for the week of July 12 - July 19.

Detached supply remained stable this week across the Westside neighbourhoods with 61 new detached listings (the same supply number as the previous week); Dunbar continued to be a notably busy listing neighbourhood with 14 new detached listings (which accounted for 23% of detached listings across the Westside). Point Grey and Cambie also posted stronger then average supply figures with 6 new detached listings in each neighbourhood.

Confirmed detached sales volume, on the other hand, continued to trend downwards for the second consecutive week as we saw just 21 confirmed detached sales across the Westside (down from 36 detached sales in the previous period).  Cambie posted the strongest sales numbers with 4 detached sales; well Dunbar demonstrated a degree of excess supply with just 2 detached sales to 14 new detached listings.  The Westside markets as a whole demonstrated a 'sales to listing' figure of 21 confirmed sales to 61 new detached listings or roughly a 34% saturation rate.
