We would like to present ‘Westside Detached Stat Package’ for the week of June 14 - June 21.

Westside detached listing activity stayed quite stable this past week with 74 new detached listings across the Westside neighbourhoods.  These numbers reflect what we've come to identify as the relative 'norm' for the quarter.  Dunbar continued to be the most active listing neighbourhood with 11 new detached listings, well Kerrisdale and Arbutus surged slightly with 8 and 7 new detached listings in each neighbourhood respectively.

Confirmed detached sales dipped slightly after posting higher-then-average numbers in the previous two weeks; we saw 39 confirmed detached sales across the Westside (compared to 40+ sales in the two previous weeks) with South Granville posting the strongest sales activity with 5 confirmed detached sales, wel the remainer of the Westside neighbourhoods all clocked in with lower sales figures.
