Westside Vancouver Attached Property Market Update : January 26th - February 2nd
Vancouver Realty Online would like to present our 'Westside Attached Stat Package', for the week of January 26th - February 2nd. New listing numbers saw a drastic fall this week of around 50% from 103 new listings to 56. Sales figures remained relatively static though we have been seeing a resurgence in buyer activity, and are hoping to see a rise in sales volume over the next four weeks as price depreciation, and favorable financing options start to take hold.
This past week there were 151 new active attached listings in the Vancouver West Region with 56 falling in the Westside neighbourhoods. Please note if your neighbourhood is not included in the weekly list it indicates there were zero (0) new listings in your area for that period.
The 56 new active attached listings on the Westside were distributed as follows:
University (UL) : 5
South Cambie (SC) : 1
Quilchena (QU) : 2
Point Grey (PG) : 1
Marpole (MR) : 2
Kitsilano (KT): 17
Kerrisdale (KE): 3
False Creek (FC) : 3
Fairview (FA) : 18
Dunbar (DU) : 2
Cambie (CA) : 2
The Westisde neighbourhoods accounted for 56 : 151 or 37% of overall Vancouver West attached new listings from January 26th - February 2nd.
This past week there were 46 sold attached listings in the Vancouver West Region with 18 falling in the Westside neighbourhoods. Please note if your neighbourhood is not included in the weekly list it indicates there were zero (0) sales in your area for that period.
The 18 sold listings on the Westside were distributed as follows:
South Cambie (SC) : 1
Quilchena (QU) : 1
Point Grey (PG) : 2
Marpole (MR) : 1
Kitsilano (KT) : 5

The Westside neighbourhoods accounted for 18 : 46 or 39% of overall Vancouver West attached solds from January 26th-February 2nd.
