Westside Vancouver Detached Property Market Update : November 16th - November 23rd
We would like to present ‘Westside Detached Stat Package’ for the week of November 16th - November 23rd.
The Westside detached hsa remained relatively stable since the summer period, once again posting comparable listing and sales numbers across Vancouver West. This pas week we saw 39 new detached listings on the Westside (compared to 38 the previous week); and 43 detached sales on the Westside (compared to 35 in the previous period). Market conditions remain competitive with listings moving at a relatively quick pace; listing supply remains limited, which along with existing demand has led to competitive equilibrium.
