Westside Vancouver Attached Property Market Update : November 16th - November 23rd

New listing supply in Vancouver West spiked this past week, though the majority of the improvement came in the downtown markets, with the Westside neighbourhoods accounting for 59 of 214 or 27% of new attached listings in Vancouver West. Kitislano and Fairview remained the most active supply markets, accounting for 46% of Westside attached listings this past week.
Sales activity remained relatively stable after declining in the two previous periods, with 141 confirmed sales in Vancouver West; the Westside neighbourhoods accounted for 55 or 39% of all confirmed sales. Kitsilano and Fairview remained the most active, with 17 confirmed Kitsilano sales, and 18 confirmed Fairview sales.

This past week there were 141 sold attached listings in the Vancouver West Region with 55 (down from 70 last week) falling in the Westside neighbourhoods. Please note if your neighbourhood is not included in the weekly list it indicates there were zero (0) sales in your area for that period.
