Westside Vancouver Detached Property Market Update : November 9th - November 16th
We would like to present ‘Westside Detached Stat Package’ for the week of November 9th - November 16th.
The Westside Detached market witnessed a marginal decline in both new listing numbers and confirmed transactions this past week; the changes roughly off-set eachother to maintain an equilibrium between listings and sales. We saw 38 new active listings versus 35 confirmed sales. Supply numbers duooed for the second consecutive week, moving to 38 new detached active listings in the Vancouver West Region; down from 42 the previous week. Confirmed sales transactions also dipped below their Quarter 4 2009 average; we saw 35 detached sales (down from the 44
the previous week). Not surprisingly, sales performance should remain
stable through third quarter 2009 prior to a pre-Olympic surge in the
late fourth quarter flowing into Q1 2010.
