Westside Vancouver Attached Property Market Update : March 16th - March 23rd
Susan would like to present her ‘Westside Attached Stat Package‘, for the week of March 16th - March 23rd. New listing numbers remained static this past week, moving from 83 new attached listings to 82 on the Westside. Sales figures spiked slightly as we continue to experience a resurgence in buyer activity, and are hoping to see a continued rise in sales volume over the next four weeks as price depreciation, and favorable financing options start to take hold.
This past week there were 170 new active attached listings in the Vancouver West Region with 82 falling in the Westside neighbourhoods. Please note if your neighbourhood is not included in the weekly list it indicates there were zero (0) new listings in your area for that period.

The Westisde neighbourhoods accounted for 82 : 170 or 48% of overall Vancouver West attached new listings from March 16th - March 23rd.
This past week there were 94 sold attached listings in the Vancouver West Region with 45 falling in the Westside neighbourhoods. Please note if your neighbourhood is not included in the weekly list it indicates there were zero (0) sales in your area for that period.
