Westside Vancouver Attached Property Market Update : March 9th - March 16th
We would like to present our ‘Westside Attached Stat Package‘, for the week of March 9th - March 16th. New listing numbers decreased slightly, moving from 96 new attached listings to 83 on the Westside. Sales figures spiked slightly as we continue to experience a resurgence in buyer activity, and are hoping to see a continued rise in sales volume over the next four weeks as price depreciation, and favorable financing options start to take hold.
This past week there were 191 new active attached listings in the Vancouver West Region with 83 falling in the Westside neighbourhoods. Please note if your neighbourhood is not included in the weekly list it indicates there were zero (0) new listings in your area for that period.
The 83 new active attached listings on the Westside were distributed as follows:
University (UL) : 7
South Cambie (SC) : 3
Shaughnessy (SH) : 1
Quilchena (QU) : 3
Oakridge (OA) : 1
Marpole (MR) : 6
Mount Pleasant (MP) : 7
Kitsilano (KT): 24
Kerrisdale (KE): 5
False Creek (FC) : 8
Fairview (FA) : 13
Dunbar (DU) : 1
Cambie (CA) : 4
The Westisde neighbourhoods accounted for 83 : 191 or 43% of overall Vancouver West attached new listings from March 9th - March 16th.
This past week there were 76 sold attached listings in the Vancouver West Region with 40 falling in the Westside neighbourhoods. Please note if your neighbourhood is not included in the weekly list it indicates there were zero (0) sales in your area for that period.
