Susan Keevil of RE/MAX Select Properties specializes
in marketing Vancouver residential property. She brings her extensive
experience and knowledge of the market to her relationship with each
client, helping them make the most effective decision for their needs
and lifestyle. Her career emerged from her interest in buying,
renovating, and selling many properties in Vancouver over the past 25
years. Susan's expertise in real estate is complimented by a background
in interior design, which serves to help buyers visualize the potential
of a home, and to help sellers create the most effective presentation
of their home. She has assisted many clients in choosing colour and
design when preparing a home for sale, and has exceptional skills in
home staging. Susan is committed to delivering 'beyond ordinary'
personalized service for her clients, ensuring they have everything
they need to make informed decisions throughout the process of buying
and selling. To every client she brings her expertise on downtown
buildings, legal requirements, financing options, amenities, and market
conditions. Her business has grown through referrals and satisfied
clients. A resident of the Lower Mainland for 25 years, Susan has four
children and has been actively involved in her community through
schools, committees, and fundraising efforts. She has been inovlved
with several charities such as Unicef, the Heart Fund, and the Canadian
Cancer Society. In her spare time Susan embraces the relaxed, and
healthy lifestyle of the West Coast in sailing, golfing, and working
